The Millimetres 2 Mountains Foundation has enabled people to get into the outdoors and rehabilitate from their trauma through adventure. For some of their beneficiaries, their is a lack of accessibility into the outdoors, but we wanted to show how it is made possible.

SYNOPSIS

Georgia, Charlotte and Issy all have different challenges in life, and all have felt restricted from experiencing the outdoors and adventure in some way. Through support from Millimetres 2 Mountains Foundation, they have found it possible to rediscover their freedom and ability, and to overcome their limiting beliefs brought on by their trauma.
