Denni Karlsson
The SoulKind Journal is an independent magazine which highlights incredible stories of people who have come from adversity to triumph and freedom. While visiting Denni at his home in the depths of the Icelandic Wilderness, we produced a short film about his life.
Denni had left the life of a Hollywood filmmaker behind to move back to his home village in the Icelandic Wilderness. He created the Wilderness Center to teach people about the beauty and history of the nature there. Even through facing severe adversity in his life, he still continues to find other ways to teach people to love and respect the nature.​
RESULTS
The first of it's kind in the SoulKind Journal series opened up a new avenue for the magazine, which has now become SoulKind Studios. A collaboration between Two Step Productions and SoulKind CIC to help charities with their storytelling.
CONTRIBUTOR IMPACT
Denni Karlsson has since made a huge recovery since the filming of his story, and he has expressed "fulfilment" in sharing his story in this way.
